Elaine Penhaul’s (MEd, PGCE, PGDip) Biography and Experience
Elaine is a qualified business coach who has worked across sporting and business environments for over 30 years. She has supported, developed and challenged senior leaders in businesses as diverse as police forces through to the Royal Yachting Association. She has led major culture change through introducing coaching as a management tool in the biggest non-metropolitan police force in the UK over the last 12 years and ‘happened’ to get into home staging through her own property investment along the way. Elaine offers her expertise to coach, support and challenge entrepreneurs in home staging, having grown her own business, Lemon and Lime Interiors, over the last 8 years to become one of the largest in the UK.
